Our website is currently being revamped but if you don’t already know us, here is a brief introduction to who we are and what we do.

We are a Malaysian law firm based in Kuala Lumpur. We maintain a highly specialised practice in corporate law. Over the past 30 years, our partners have advised and handled a range of complex corporate matters and issues.

The firm provides advice and services in the areas of debt and corporate restructuring exercises, mergers and acquisitions and foreign investments in Malaysia.

We are well versed with tax and accounting practices and principles which are inherent issues in any corporate exercise involving restructuring, mergers and acquisition and both corporate and personal investments and divestments.

Our corporate law practice also includes setting up private equity and venture capital funds situated in the BVI, Cayman Islands, Labuan or Malaysia. In recent years we have assisted clients in setting up trusts and foundations in Labuan with the view to helping our clients undertake wealth and succession planning.
